Contracted by Naveena Steel Mills Limited to provide site supervision activities for its grid station. The service includes but not limited to:

• Supervise entire construction and erection works including testing commissioning and energization of the grid.
• Monitor the project schedule and assist NSML in the follow up of the schedule and point out any delays/slip from the schedule.
• Certify Contractor’s running bills as per agreed milestone payment.
• Co-ordinate with KE during the construction phase.
• Review and finalize the test procedures and test protocols submitted by the contractor.
• Witness the commissioning tests including the metering and protection system by the contractor.
